1. The office of Constable is the enforcement division of City Court with responsibility for all evictions in cases where the monthly rent is $1,500 or less, a large number of garnishments and numerous other orders. What previous enforcement experience have you had that qualifies you for this office?
I have been the Constable for 22 yrs & my responsibility for all evictions have been achieved in a normal manner as directed to me by the Court.
2. The office also oversees a staff of deputy constables, keeps extensive legal records and has fiduciary responsibility for garnishment payments. What administrative experience have you had in these areas?
Again in the past 22 yrs I have had 2 deputy Constables and have handled all records in regards to Citations, Judgment Debtor's Rules and anything else that had come thru the 2nd City Court. The garnishment payments are handled day by day & payments are sent to the person who will receive them.
